In light of this situation, the population is advised, through an informative card issued by the capital government agency, not to expose themselves to the sun for prolonged periods and to stay in cool and ventilated places. It is also advised to stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids, wearing light-colored clothing, and using an umbrella, cap, or hat.

Regarding preventive measures, the importance of not being exposed to the sun for too long, using sunscreen, drinking plenty of fluids, wearing light clothing in light colors, and avoiding eating in public places is emphasized. It is essential to pay attention to vulnerable individuals in the environment, such as infants, young children, and the elderly.
